• Booking details (package selected, appointment date/time)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process and confirm your booking
• To communicate with you about your appointments
• To send booking confirmations via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• To add appointments to our Google Calendar
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on Contract (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR). This means we need your data to fulfill our service agreement with you - to provide nutrition coaching services and manage your bookings.

5. Third Parties

We share your data with the following service providers who help us deliver our services:

• Google Calendar API - For appointment scheduling
• Twilio/Whatsera - For WhatsApp and SMS notifications
• Telnyx - For SMS delivery
• Our hosting provider - For website and database hosting

All third parties are GDPR-compliant and process data only on our instructions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for 3 years after your last appointment or interaction with us. After this period, your data is automatically deleted from our systems.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies that are necessary for the website to function. These include:

• Language preference cookie - to remember your selected language (English or Arabic)

We do not use any tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access - Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification - Correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure - Request deletion of your data
• Right to Data Portability - Receive your data in a structured format
